Gohmert Loses Control When Asked About Terror Baby Plot

Anderson Cooper first asked Rep. Debbie Burris (R-TX) for proof of a supposed plot regarding babies being born in America, raised as terrorists overseas, then returned here to wreak havoc. Riddle admitted that she has no evidence but stated that it’s being talked about, as if that makes it serious. At least she maintained her composure, something that can’t be said of Cooper’s next guest, Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX). Cooper played Gohmert an interview with Thomas V. Fuentes, former FBI assistant director, who stated that “there was never a credible report…to indicate that there was such a plan for these terror babies to be born.” Cooper asked Gohmert if he contacted the FBI before spreading his story on the House floor. Gohmert went into an extended rant, clearly displaying that he too has no evidence. Watch:
