Saturday Night At The Liberal Curmudgeon: Shindell And Kaplansky
If you're falling for someone, Richard Shindell and Lucy Kaplansky warn you about the possible consequences in their rendition of "Love Hurts"–a sentiment Kaplansky must have heard often enough in her former work as a psychologist. This performance took place at the Shrewsbury Folk Festival, England, August 2010.

I love, love, love the harmonies! It's hard to believe that this song was first recorded by The Everly Brothers in 1960, when you consider that it was a big hit for Nazareth. The version you chose is perhaps the most moving I've heard.
