Saturday Night At The Liberal Curmudgeon: Alvin Youngblood Hart
Alvin Youngblood Hart, one of today's finest practitioners of the acoustic blues and other musical genres, performed a haunting rendition of Skip James' "Illinois Blues" in October 1998 at the BBC Television Centre, London.

One of my favorites of, what I consider the "next generation" of Delta Blues descendants (Corey Harris, Keb Mo, e. g.). May I recommend duet with Junior Wells - 'She Wants to Sell My Monkey - found on Junior's album, COME ON IN THIS HOUSE, from 1997. Just a suggestion.
A good duo indeed. Looking forward to hearing it!
