Wisconsin Republicans Silence Democrats, Pass Ultrasound Bill

Republican state senators in Wisconsin showed how devoted they are to "small government" by passing a bill forcing women to undergo an ultrasound before being permitted to have an abortion. Gov. Scott Walker (R), who said he would sign the bill, commented, "I don't have any problem with ultrasound. I think most people think ultrasounds are just fine.” While Republicans passed the bill, Senate President Mike Ellis (R) cut off debate by repeatedly banging on his gavel and screaming at Democrats who objected, "The question before the house is not debatable! You're out of order! Sit down! You're not recognized!” Watch:

So, Walker would be just fine having an ultrasound transducer shoved into one of his natural body orifices?

Ladies, any volunteers to do the inserting?

Jon, I'm reminded of Sean Hannity, who offered to be waterboarded for charity. That, of course never happened.

Good to hear from you, as always.
