Michael Eric Dyson: Poor Whites In Red States Vote Against Their Interests

Addressing the issue of poor whites in red states voting against their interests, MSNBC host Michael Eric Dyson cites a dialogue between Dr. Martin Luther King and a Southern white jailer. Dyson makes a clear analogy: instead of being "blinkered" by racist divisions, such Republican voters would be better off joining in a multi-racial coalition that fights for a better education, wages and health care.
